Prolux 2.0

I clean a full service salon and I have found the power head works well on carpets. The top of the vacuum that attaches to the hose continually comes apart. I expected a longer and higher quality cord. The attachments are difficult to change out since I need to switch from a baseboard attachment to a bare floor.

Unable to use

Arrived broken. The representative wanted to send replacement parts instead of just send the brand new broken vacuum back for a new one. I then wanted to just possibly keep the accessories but that required me to take pictures as if they don’t know what comes with the vacuum. Overall looking for a new brand to purchase from

Received quickly and put it to use right away. Works great. Had a small problem w one part and company took care of us promptly. Highly recommend.

Great suction but a few tweaks by the manufacture and it would be great

My vacum came with a power head. To push the power head you have to be hercules. I have to open the valve and reduce the suction just so I can move the head reasonably easy. There should be a wheels and a way to change height for different carpet sizes on this head to make it work seeing as that head cost me an extra 200.
The vacum fills up fast this means emptying it every room that has a carpet other wise stuff is left on the carpet. The amount of stuff I get as aposed to my old upright is less also.
It is nice having the vacum on your back I have to admit. It is easy to do the hole house without having to lift from floor to floor or pull the vacum around walls and furniture.
For what its worth it would be good if the engineer could get the head fixed. Seem like an easy one and really only makes good sense.

Power brush head

I have this exact vacuum. I was vacuuming the house and the vacuum head sounded like something was stuck. So I took the face off and the locking mechanism that holds the brush off and when I took it off I realized that it looked stripped/plastic was broken and that's why it sounded like something was stuck. The brush had fell off on the side that has the turn lock and now won't stay on.. looking to get a replacement part but not sure where to look for it.
