I love the new power head so I can clean my carpets more effectively than with the non motorized heads. However, on the new pole, there seems to be a piece broken off that titrates the suction. All of the components still work but I can tell that the smaller attachments work better when I plug the hole with my finger. Have been meaning to call to see what they can do to help but this review request came in before I found time. Maybe you can help from here?

I miss being able to tell how much dirt is being picked up like I could see in the Iforce I had. I was suppose to get a free cleaning tool but didn’t. I am still debating on whether I like this vac or not.
New 10 pack of Bags for Prolux Tritan Vacuum Cleaner
We purchased the Prolux 2.0 backpack vacuum about a year or so ago. I've been waiting to write a review until I put the vacuum to the test. We use our vacuum at least 3 times a week, and find the vacuum has good suction, and going from hard to carpeted surfaces is excellent. Cleaning under furniture and doing stairs is easy with the wand. What I find important with this type of vacuum, is that the filter needs to be cleaned after 2-3 uses, for optimum suction. What's important with a good vacuum cleaner, is customer service, and the ability to buy parts for it. Prolux customer service is excellent. We contacted Prolux to see if we could get a replacement part, and Mary was on it. Her communication and customer service is top tier.
