    I purchased this for home use. From the 50’ cord and lightweight back pack make this an awesome vacuum to use with every aspect of cleaning our house.

    I tried two different versions of the Prolux backpack vacuum, and unfortunately, in less than six months, multiple parts broke (though they were replaced by the manufacturer). The vacuum is heavy and awkward to navigate in smaller spaces, often bumping into walls and causing scuff marks. Using it requires extra caution to avoid tangling between the hose and the extension cord, which slows down the process.

    Many of my crew members also complained about back pain from prolonged use. While the suction power is great, overall, it’s not worth the money I paid. Sadly, I won’t get my money back, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

    This product just didn’t work for us, and I’ll be looking for alternatives that are more ergonomic and better suited for small spaces.

    POWER HOSE is already booked if the first time used . I am not happy if that but have a good Suction . The plastic material is very dry, I believe it can be cracked or that it will break easily

    Excellent choice

    I am extremely happy with my purchase I started a small cleaning company and this has made our job so much easier I love the suction allowing us the ability to pick up alot of debris very light weight and comfortable on the back. My company is growing slowly but surely that I've already purchase 2 commercial backpack as well 2 cordless backpack vacuum this is a great buy worth every penny.

    Amazing vacuum

    So far I have really liked my new vacuum. It has great suction, movement, and it's easy to clean out once you finish. So far so good.
