    Lightweight and good suction but

    This unit it super lightweight and almost all.plastic not.ifeal.for commercial application
    After 4 uses the filter container retaining piece broke and renders the unit unusable. Awaiting word.on how to.get a replacement
    The battery life is true to specs approximately 30 minutes per charge. The charging process however can take up.to 8 hours till.complete for just 30 minutes of run time is kinda

    Excellent choice

    I am extremely happy with my purchase I started a small cleaning company and this has made our job so much easier I love the suction allowing us the ability to pick up alot of debris very light weight and comfortable on the back. My company is growing slowly but surely that I've already purchase 2 commercial backpack as well 2 cordless backpack vacuum this is a great buy worth every penny.

    We just put our Prolux 2.0 cordless into action and the results are amazing extraordinary. Look out dirt…. You’ve met your match. We are an active athletic household so there’s always a mess somewhere. No match for our new little friend.

    Bagless backpack

    This is my 3rd battery backpack I like the products the only problem that I have is the first two vacuums have missing cleaning accessories and they send it to me. This time I bought two 1 battery and 1 core. The battery had the same issue missing cleaning accessories and the two batteries. I bought extra 2 batteries one came in a box the other one came in a plastic wrap. I will recommended to have a better quality control because this can affect the company reputation in the future. I will possibly buy more products but if I see the don't makes the changes I will go with another company.

    Faulty Battery Pack

    One of the Battery Packs malfunction and stopped charging properly it is unable to power the vaccum. This occurred just after just a few months. Vacuum has not be used much. Less than 8 times total. I’m quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the fact that the battery pack gave out so quickly Luckily it came with an extra, however you need a back-up battery since the since one battery pack only last 30 mins of continuous useI have to order another battery pack.Other than this the vacuum itself is okI’ll give an update after receiving the next battery pack .
