Coolest vacuum I ever did see!

This thing is SOO powerful! It’s incredible and I absolutely love the light on it. The light allows you to see just how dirty your floor is so you don’t miss any spots or dog dust bunnies! Super cool and the backpack having all the straps makes it comfortable and effortless. As I was vacuuming I was imaging Rob Dytdek having one of these for his housekeeper. And one for himself for any nighttime snack messes! lol so fun. I love the carbon fiber trim too!

The thing you guys create

This is one convenient, backpack vacuum you can get in every inch & every corner. You can also do your ceiling fan. You could even do the walls if you wanted to.

Breaking parts

The vacuum works great, when it does not need maintenance. The first problem was the powercord kept coming unplugged at the top. The cable is too short and comes undone as you move the vacuum around. It is behind your head, so no fixing it unless you take it off. Major hassle. They sent a new cord which solved the problem. Next month, the powerhead kept losing connection. It would work for 3 minutes, then have to be reattached. Finally stopped altogether. They sent a new powerhead. I sent the powerhead and the power handle back. They sent a new power handle after that. Now the hose tore at the opening of the vacuum. I have to duct tape it to use it. They are sending a new hose.Bottom line. I love this vacuum. Unbeleivable suction, and light weight at the powerhead. Bright light at the power head. I have no issues with customer service except it takes forever to get what they send. My down time on this is 4 weeks. I have only had it 3.5 months. Never have they argued about sending replacement parts, awesome. Just beware if you are using it commercially everyday, it will need some TLC. Also, when you order it make sure you get an additional power cable for the hose. You WILL need it.

Amazing vacuum

I clean a duplex for Airbnb and this vacuum makes short work of the 3 bed, 3 bath unit with carpeted bedrooms and stairs. I don't even have to change the head to go from the hard floor to the carpet or the area rugs. The suction is incredible and the powerbrush head works really well too with the brush action to agitate a surface. The light is a killer, too as it picks up debris that would otherwise be invisible to me. Now you see it, click, now you don't.
