I had a Hyla salesman come to my house 5 years ago and I was so impressed with how it worked but the price was a bit much. I've kept my eyes peeled for a comparable product and the right time to order. I have been without a vacuum since Christmas of '24 and when this Vacuum came at the end of February I immediately had to get to work. I'm posting a video of the second round of cleaning 2 days after the initial deep DEEP clean of the carpets... I'm talking about moving all the furniture and getting into ALL the nooks and crannies and making 2 passes each before moving on. The value for money is clear! I love this vacuum!!

I'll start off by saying that I absolutely love this vac. But, with a family of 3 German Shedders, I wish the water tank was designed with a removable top. There is no way to empty the tank without having to get your hand in that nasty water to remove all the hair that plugs up the drain hole. Aside from that, this vac is amazing!

Best company uses target to also list their items. When I received it I did not get everything and items were missing. After talking to Target they said I literally have to bring the entire thing back for a refund and then repurchase it. I called this company but they never answer their phone. How can you charge so much for a vacuum and not have anybody able to answer the phone. I've used similar items such as rainbow vacuum cleaners which are made extremely similar with the same technology. I mean if you're going to ask someone to pay a higher price tag you should be able to afford to have somebody answer the phones during regular business hours. The only way to contact them is through email which is kind of sketchy. The fact that they don't want to pick up the phone to answer any questions about this vacuum cleaner has me puzzled as to what I can expect if I continue to own this. They say that there is a lifetime warranty but something tells me that if anything happens it's going to be extremely extremely extremely difficult to make any kind of repairs or get any questions answered. I would literally think twice before purchasing this. There are other bagless vacuums that use water filtration technology as well. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a different brand and returning this one. Also I'm not uploading any pictures because I didn't even use this system. After I took it out of the box I realized that not everything was in there. So it never got used so it's just a brand new vacuum that I can't get any questions answered about.

After using this vacuum at least once a week for a year I have found it to be very hard to use . the suction is great but the exhaust is located without a shield so its blowing dust every where . the hard floor hose is to long its impossible to walk up stairs and hold machine without triping on hose , the wand constantly falls apart . the machine itself is very loud . The carpet power nozzle works nicely although the hose is pulling apart . the water bowl is not the easiest to clean .If i could get half my money back I would return this vacuum . I gave it my best but Im ready to go back to my Rainbow which I have owned for 35 years and served me well. In all honesty it was what I was used to .

I am loving my Pro Lux Vacuum. I had a Rainbow Vacuum previously. I do like how this vacuum has such great suction power. It is a great Vacuum!
