Honestly thought refurbished meant used and tired. This looks and runs like new. The single hose for wet and dry works great and everything in the picture was in the box.

Box was packed well, all the attachments were there plus extra bags. Ran it right out of the box.

I've been looking at Rainbow vacuums for years. Finally took the plunge and bought an E2. It's wonderful! I'm still learning, but so far it is great for picking up cat hair and misc dirt. Just DON'T use it to pick up clumping kitty litter. I use my old vac for that. I'm so glad I finally bought my Rainbow.

I am very satisfied with my Rainbow purchase. It runs like a brand new machine. I just can’t get over the amount of fine particles and debris are in the tank when I am finished vacuuming . I would recommend your company to anyone looking for a vacuum. Great job GreatVacs!
