I only gave a 3 star rating because of the material the top filter is made out of. Which is a cotton type of material. And when you need to wash the filters, this one takes FOREVER to dry. Well, for me 3 days is forever, I have 2 cats and vacuum my house every day. This material also increases the frequency in which you need to wash the filter. As it seems to clog much fast than the usual foam filters... But the vacuum itself works great! I just can't use it because of the filter issues, so I had to send it back.
Nice to have the zipper to put the sock on. Our previous one did not have that convenience, making it much more difficult to put on.
