Instructions
Whether you have a direct connect GV power head or a two-prong corded GV power head, we will show you how to test it to make sure your problem is not in the hose or wand.
To test the direct-connect power head, start by plugging the three-way adapter cord into a working power outlet. Then take the two-prong plug and connect it to the top of the direct-connect. Turn the power head on to see if it works.
To test the corded two-prong power head, you will again need to plug the three-way adapter into a working outlet. Plug the appropriate plug of the adapter onto the two-prong plug of the power head. Finally, turn the power head on to see if it works.
If you try this test and the power head turns out, you know the problem is in your wand or hose. If this is the case send us an email at service@greatvacs.com.
