Important Safety Tips

- Always make sure your hands are dry and free from moisture before servicing your machine.
- Be sure to wear gloves when servicing your machine to prevent any cuts or scrapes.
- If you are uncomfortable working on your vacuum, please don’t hesitate to contact us at service@greatvacs.com and we can help you through the process or you can send it into us to fix it for you.
Instructions
Start by removing the front cover.
To remove the bag you will need to grab the cardboard piece with your hand and pull straight off. To replace the bag with a new one, just reverse the process! Grab the cardboard and push straight on.
To check the pre-motor HEPA filter you can just pull it straight out. When inserting a new filter, be sure to slide it straight on both tracks. It should slide in easily with no resistance.
To check and/or replace the post-motor filter you will need to lay your vacuum cleaner down. There is a sliding mechanism on the side that you need to slide “up” to unlock the cover. You will then be able to pull the cover up and off to access the filter.
To replace the cover after switching out the filter just insert the peg on one side into the slot, lower the cover into place, and slide the lock back down.
